Philosophy Minor

The Philosophy minor will enrich your appreciation of the history of reflection and guide your comprehensive and critical evaluation of current issues and trends. Through our program, you will receive a rich foundation in the social sciences, law and theology.
Philosophy has been particularly beneficial to students going into career fields that place a high priority on critical thinking and analytical skills such as a lawyer, minister, journalist, counselor, businessperson and health professionals.

- PHI 301 - Philosophy of History
- PHI 318 - Philosophy of Religion
- PHI 320 - African-American Philosophy

- REL 220 - Theologies of Liberation
- SOC 390 - Social Theory
