Gejuanna Hargrove Fletcher joined the Lenoir-Rhyne Columbia campus as the occupational therapy academic fieldwork coordinator (AFWC) in summer 2022. Fletcher has more than 17 years of clinical experience as a licensed occupational therapist with five years in academia. Her experience includes program director as well as AFWC for the occupational therapy assistant programs. She continues to advance her clinical career as a PRN therapist with the Atrium and MUSC Healthcare systems. 

Fletcher is a native of Milledgeville, Georgia. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her son as well as traveling and event planning.
