Lai Hnin, MACM '25, moved from Myanmar to South Carolina to attend seminary. While he hopes to return to his home country to serve God and his people, he's making a home at LTSS in the meantime.

Board votes to move Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary to Hickory

The LR Board of Trustees voted on March 22 to approve the move off LTSS from Columbia, S.C., to the campus in Hickory, N.C. The vote was unanimous.

As a child, Carly Godfrey '23, MBA '24, learned to swim at LR. Years later, a spot on the swim team would bring her back to learn so much more and make way for a bright future.
