    Happy graduation week! If you still need your rain tickets or honor cords, they will be available for you at check-in on Friday (Hickory campus).

    Student check-in is Friday at 4:30 p.m. in Shuford Arena. Guests are asked to be in their seats by 5:30 p.m.

    Any changes to the commencement schedule will be posted here.

Business Minor

A minor in business teaches you the valuable fundamentals of accounting, finance, management, marketing and more.

Our minor in Business allows you to expand your understanding of commerce and develop skills valuable to all programs.

Through broad business classes, you’ll develop problem-solving skills, polish your public speaking ability, understand data analysis and learn the value of teamwork—skills transferable to all majors.

Courses in accounting, finance, management, marketing and information technology give you an inside view of how businesses operate. Whether you are interested in opening your own business, or just want to be able to communicate with experts in various parts of an organization, a minor in Business will help you speak the language.
