Meghan Blackburn is the evening supervisor and coordinator for administrative and technical Services at Carl A. Rudisill Library. In her role, she performs various administrative tasks in support of the dean and library faculty and catalogs all incoming library materials. She also assists faculty and students with accessing materials through interlibrary loan and in maintaining course reserves.

Previously, Blackburn was the technical services manager for the Cleveland County Library System for six years. She oversaw the technical services department, including all cataloging, processing and collection management and managed the library’s budget. As a member of the library’s administrative team, she helped establish policies and procedures and drive library operations. Blackburn also served on the cataloging and user experience committees for the North Carolina Cardinal Library Consortium.
