Lenoir-Rhyne University will host a series of strategic plan listening sessions throughout the fall to gather input from students, faculty, staff and key stakeholders. Watch your Lenoi-Rhyne email for dates and times.

These sessions are designed to provide opportunities for open dialogue and shared reflection as the university considers its future priorities and direction. Feedback gathered during the sessions will help inform strategic planning efforts and ensure the plan reflects the perspectives, experiences and aspirations of the broader Lenoir-Rhyne community.

In addition to listening sessions, the university will seek input through surveys and conversations with alumni, trustees and external partners. Together, these engagement efforts will help identify strengths, challenges and opportunities that will shape the next phase of strategic planning.

The university encourages broad participation as it works collaboratively to develop a strategic plan grounded in shared purpose and community insight.
