Student talks with employer at job fair on campus Results for the First Destination Survey for the class of 2024 indicate remarkable success in their post-graduation endeavors, with an impressive 98% of 2024 graduates achieving "full engagement" within six months of commencement. This designation, encompassing full-time employment or enrollment in graduate school, highlights the effectiveness of the university's academic preparation and comprehensive support systems. The 2024 survey continues a trend of impressive success, with the classes of 2023 and 2022 reporting a 97% “full engagement” rate and the class of 2021 reporting 96%.
