Communication Studies Minor


Our minor blends creativity with technology and prepares you careers in writing, social media, design and more.

Combine your creative talents with your technology skills with a minor in Communication Studies. You will have the opportunity to develop proficiency in broadcasting, writing, speaking, production, design and editing and group communication that open opportunities in media, public relations, business, non-profit, social media, education and government.

The minor in Communication Studies is especially beneficial to majors in business administration, marketing, and English.

Students can cultivate creative talents and technology skills with a minor in Communication Studies. Coursework develops proficiency in broadcasting, writing, speaking, production, design and editing and group communication.
