Alumni Affinity

Update on the Alumni Chapter Program

Since 2022, the Alumni Chapter Program aimed to build alumni-led groups in key regions to help plan and host events with support from the Office of Alumni Engagement. While we’re grateful for the dedication of our Charlotte and Triad chapter volunteers, the program is being dissolved as we shift to new models of engagement.

Lenoir-Rhyne remains committed to offering alumni events in both the Charlotte and Triad areas and will continue to support alumni who want to bring Bears together in their communities.

If you are interested in hosting an event for Bears in your communities, we’d love to help.

LR Band Alumni Community
LR Band Alumni Community, a private Facebook Group, is dedicated to fostering connections among alumni from all LR instrumental ensembles (Wind Symphony, Wind Ensemble, Spirit of LR Marching Band and Color Guard, Basketball Band, Woodwind Ensemble, Brass Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Band).

This space provides an opportunity for alumni to network, support one another and share expertise with current and aspiring music educators, enthusiasts, and hobbyists.
