Merit Scholarships

Rewarding academic achievement with meaningful tuition support.

Lenoir-Rhyne University is committed to making a high-quality education both accessible and affordable. Through our Merit Scholarships, we recognize and reward high-achieving students with strong academic records by offering significant merit-based tuition assistance.

First-year and transfer students who meet GPA and admission requirements are automatically considered for an award. Many students receive at least 50% of tuition, with no student or parent loans included in the initial financial aid package.

All applicants are considered for scholarships as part of the admission process—no separate scholarship application is required.
