Leah Beth Hubbard is the special assistant to the president for strategic initiatives at Lenoir-Rhyne University. She has served in her capacity since 2018. In her role, Hubbard works to advance strategic presidential initiatives and address issues that impact the institution across the complex university landscape. She also serves as a representative for the president, providing direction to carry out the president's vision, goals and priorities. Hubbard is currently working on her doctorate in strategic leadership from Liberty University.
Before coming to Lenoir-Rhyne, Hubbard served in higher education leadership roles at Appalachian State University and Queens University of Charlotte.
