Michelle Ollis is a full-time faculty member in the School of Nursing at Lenoir-Rhyne University. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with experience in functional and integrative medicine, wellness and nursing education. Ollis is passionate about preparing advanced practice nurses to provide compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Her academic interests include advanced pathophysiology, clinical education, health care policy, professional leadership and quality improvement. She is especially committed to mentoring students, supporting their professional development and helping them translate classroom knowledge into meaningful clinical practice.
