Melanie Mora

Melanie Mora joined Lenoir-Rhyne University’s International Education Department in 2025 as a graduate assistant. In this role, Mora manages the IPAL (International Peer Advisors and Leaders) and Global Village programs, supporting international student engagement and cross-cultural initiatives. Currently pursuing an MBA in executive management, she brings a global perspective and strong leadership background to her work. Having studied abroad in South Korea and led campus organizations as an undergraduate, Melanie is committed to fostering inclusive, student-centered programs that promote intercultural understanding and global citizenship.
