Holly Zador

Holly Zador joined the Lenoir-Rhyne women’s soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in spring 2025.

She came to LR after four seasons at Mars Hill University, where she served as a graduate assistant from 2020-21 before being promoted to full-time assistant coach in August 2021. Zador played a key role in helping the Lions achieve their most successful season in more than a decade during the 2023 campaign.

A standout student-athlete at Limestone University, Zador was named team captain during her freshman year and earned numerous honors throughout her collegiate career. From 2016 to 2018, she was a First-Team All-Conference Carolinas selection, a D2CCA and NSCAA All-Southeast Region First-Team honoree, and a Conference Carolinas All-Academic Team member. She was named a United Soccer Coaches Second-Team All-American in 2017 and Third-Team All-American in 2018. In her senior year, she earned First-Team United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American honors and was named Conference Carolinas Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She helped lead Limestone to four conference tournament titles and three regular season Conference Carolinas championships.

Zador began her coaching career in 2011 as a community coach with the AFC Fylde Community Foundation. She also volunteered with Preston North End Football Club and the Sir Tom Finney Foundation throughout the decade.
