OT Waiver of Five-Year Limit

If you wish to request a waiver of the 5-year rule for one or more prerequisite courses for the MS OT Program at Lenoir-Rhyne University, please submit the following. Note that each course will be considered separately and thus you may receive a waiver for one course but not another. A course that does not receive a waiver approval must be re-taken.
