Strategic plan steering committee continues work

The Strategic Plan Steering Committee continues its work to shape Lenoir-Rhyne University’s future, building on the insights gathered through extensive campus and stakeholder engagement this fall.

Since August, the university has engaged students, faculty, staff, leadership, trustees, alumni and partners through listening sessions and focused strategic conversations. This broad engagement has provided meaningful insight into the university’s strengths, opportunities and priorities as strategic planning continues.

Now, the committee is synthesizing what it has heard—connecting themes, identifying areas of opportunity and refining strategic directions that reflect the university’s mission and values. This ongoing work ensures the strategic plan is grounded in broad participation and informed by the lived experiences of the Lenoir-Rhyne community.

As the process continues, the steering committee remains focused on collaboration, transparency and momentum, using community input to guide the next phases of strategic planning.
