Lenoir-Rhyne University is excited to announce the implementation of 25Live, a cutting-edge software solution designed to streamline event and classroom scheduling and management. This innovative tool is set to enhance the university's event planning process, making it more efficient and accessible for students, faculty, and staff.

25Live offers a user-friendly interface that simplifies the process of reserving spaces, scheduling events, and managing conflicts. By centralizing event information, the software promotes better coordination and communication among departments and organizations. 25Live will replace EMS, the current system.

“We are thrilled to introduce 25Live to our campus community,” said Cat Niekro, vice president of advancement and communications. “This powerful tool will significantly improve the process for both academic and non-academic users.”

Key benefits of 25Live include:

  • Enhanced Efficiency: Automated scheduling and real-time availability checks reduce manual workload and minimize scheduling conflicts.
  • Improved Communication: Clear and concise event details, including room assignments, equipment needs, and contact information, are easily accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Increased Flexibility: The software's mobile-friendly platform allows users to manage events on the go, making it convenient for busy individuals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: 25Live provides valuable analytics and reporting tools, enabling the university to track event usage, identify trends, and make informed decisions about space allocation and resource utilization.

With the implementation of 25Live, Lenoir-Rhyne University is committed to providing state-of-the-art technology solutions that support its mission of academic excellence and community engagement.
