Directory Update Requests

For updates to your faculty or staff directory information (name change, title, phone number, LRU number, etc.), please use the form below. A representative from Human Resources (staff) or the Provost's Office (faculty) will be in contact with any questions. 

For updates to your biography, including scheduling a professional headshot, please use the web update request form located on the Marketing and Communications page.

Including Aramark, Ellucian, LREDI, etc.
Change Categories
All title changes must be approved through your VP/Provost with documentation provided to HR.
LRU box number
Please state what your current entry is and what change you are requesting. 
Example: Currently listed as assistant professor. Need changed to associate professor.
