Shayna Skonieczki

Shayna Skonieczki joined the Bears Club in fall 2022 as special events assistant and has since been promoted to assistant director of the Bears Club. In her role, Skonieczki organizes and oversees Bears Club fundraisers, events and sport-specific giving. You will find her working hospitality in the Bears Club Pavilion on football game days and at other LR Athletic events.

Previously, Skonieczki was a corporate recruiter at Aleron, a Buffalo-based, workforce solutions company. She moved to Hickory in August 2019 with her husband Adam, associate head baseball coach at LR, and their two children, Isla and Cash.
