Isabella McKinnon

Isabella McKinnon joined Lenoir-Rhyne University in June 2026 as the administrative associate for student experience. In her role, McKinnon provides administrative support to the vice president for student experience and assists in coordinating initiatives that enrich campus life and promote student success.

Prior to joining Lenoir-Rhyne, she gained experience in Appalachian State University's Dean of Students Office, building expertise in student support and higher education administration. Isabella is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive campus environment that empowers students to thrive academically and personally.
