Connor Hone
- B.S, Psychology, Keiser University
Connor Hone joined the Lenoir-Rhyne undergraduate admission team in July 2025, bringing with him a strong background in athletics, leadership and hospitality. As a student at Keiser University, Hone served as a quarterback for the football program and was part of the team that won the NAIA national championship in 2023.
Hone works with first-year students from Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., and the North Carolina counties of Alamance, Durham, Forsyth, Guilford, Orange, Rockingham, Stokes and Wake. His experience as a student-athlete and in fast-paced service environments taught him the value of communication, discipline and building genuine relationships—qualities he brings into every interaction with students and families.
Interesting fact: He served as class president in both sixth and ninth grade.
What I love about LR: In my short time here, I’ve found that Hickory is a great town with a strong connection to the university. The people are welcoming, and the mix of all four seasons makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has going on throughout the year.
