Equitable Leadership Certificate

Equitable Leadership Certificate participants complete 30-course hours. All participants take 16-hours of Leadership Foundations. Next, participants spend 12-hours learning about and formulating strategies tailored for their unique professional disciplines. The program culminates with a two-hour Folding Chair session. Those who complete the program receive a certificate of completion and toolkit/assets to become drivers of equity and diversity in their own organizations or industries.
