
Dean of Graduate and Adult Programs receives award
At the close of each academic year, awards celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of faculty and staff
Dr. Amy Wood, Assistant Provost and Dean of Graduate and Adult Programs, was the recipient of the Roediger Distinguished Professorship award. Endowed through a bequest of Annie Glass Roediger, a member of Augsburg Lutheran Church in Winston-Salem, the professorship is presented by the president in recognition of distinguished service to the university. Dr. Wood received her Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and her master's degree from LR. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Wake Forest. She also serves as an associate professor of counseling and faculty athletic representative.
