McCrorie Fitness Center

The McCrorie Fitness Center is a hub for student health and wellness on campus. The lower level of the fitness center is filled with weights and core training tools, while the upper level houses conditioning equipment such as treadmills and stairclimbers. The facility is accessible to all students, faculty, and staff.

Sunday: 2 pm - 5 pm
Monday: 6 am - 8 am, 12 pm - 11 pm
Tuesday: 6 am - 8 am, 12 pm - 11 pm
Wednesday: 6 am - 8 am, 12 pm - 11 pm
Thursday: 6 am - 8 am, 12 pm - 11 pm
Friday: 6 am - 8 am, 12 pm - 6 pm
Saturday: 2 pm - 5 pm
Closed on Aug. 31, Sept. 9, Sept. 23, Oct. 7, Nov. 4 and holidays.

Group Fitness Schedule
Pilates: Tuesdays (Moretz 106) & Thursdays (Moretz 107) at 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm; Fridays at noon - 1 pm (Moretz 107)
Insanity: Mondays & Thursdays at 4 pm - 5 pm (Moretz 107)
All classes are free to LRU students, faculty, and staff.

Intramural Programs

The intramural program is designed to provide opportunities for students, faculty & staff to participate in events that are not only fun, but also a great way to meet others while sharing common interests. There is no cost associated with the intramural program and men and women are welcome and encouraged to participate. Teams can be single sex or co-ed.
