Educational opportunities continue to expand at Lenoir-Rhyne University with the recent addition of a Criminal Justice major to its undergraduate studies program. Interested students can pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice through the University’s College of Arts & Sciences.
The Reverend Dr. Paul Weber, Professor of Church Music at Lenoir-Rhyne University, was recently recognized for his 35 years of service as an ordained minister. He was honored at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (HTLC) in Hickory where he serves as an active member, teaching the Resurrection Sunday School class and assisting with services as needed.
The Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary (LTSS) of Lenoir-Rhyne University in Columbia, SC will launch a Southern Leadership Summit on Monday, January 5, 2015. Summit meetings will be held the first Monday of the month January through May and September through December on the campus of LTSS from 7:30 to 8:30 am.
The Southern Leadership Summit, co-sponsored by the P.L.A.C.E. Fellows Program at Columbia College, is an initiative established to discuss and promote the importance of leadership as an essential component in highly effective and thriving organizations of all kinds.
