Convocation Program

The Lenoir-Rhyne convocation program showcases a wide-ranging menu of speakers, activities and experiences that drive learning beyond the traditional classroom. The program offerings also serve as valuable expressions of the University's mission, vision and values. Convocation events are enjoyed by the L-R family and its friends.

 

Honors Program

The Lenoir-Rhyne Honors Academy fosters personal growth and development of highly motivated students. Program students work with their intellectual peers in an enhanced learning environment. The challenging ethos of the Program prepares students for success in their post-graduate experiences. The Honors Academy cultivates responsible citizenship through leadership opportunities on campus and the larger community.

 

Institutional Research

The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to collect, analyze, and disseminate information in support of institutional effectiveness, including planning, policy analyses, decision-making, assessment, and accreditation.

 

Library

In support of the mission of the University, the Lenoir-Rhyne University Libraries provide exceptional physical and virtual environments to engage our communities in learning.

 

Lohr Learning Commons

Located on the 2nd floor of the Carl A. Rudisill Library, the Lohr Learning Commons draws together a suite of academic services, learning and computer labs, co-curricular programs, and enrichment opportunities that support and enhance the educational pursuits of Lenoir-Rhyne students.

 

Study Abroad/International Students

The Office for International Education initiates, coordinates, and supports activities and programs that internationalize Lenoir-Rhyne University. The OIE works with the Office for Enrollment Management to assist international students who come to LRU for full time or semester exchange programs of study, and the OIE serves as the service center for L-R students who wish to include international study as a part of their LRU program of study.
