Nicole Coffey

Nicole Coffey is an instructor for the Master of Occupational Therapy program at Lenoir-Rhyne University since 2017. In addition to teaching, she serves on multiple department and university-wide committees and is the faculty advisor for the student occupational therapy association. 

Before joining the faculty, Coffey completed evaluations and developed plans of care for each patient as an inpatient occupational therapist at Catawba Valley Medical Center.

In her spare time, Coffey enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also active with church-related activities and community service, as well as enjoys crafting, including sewing.
